Hello! Welcome to Story Girl Creations, my little, fashionable corner in the world of Etsy artists. Story Girl Creations has been part of the Etsy community for several years, but due to the business of life, the store really needed a break and some tender loving care. I'm excited about this Grand Re-opening and hope you'll enjoy your time here.


I accept PayPal and Direct Deposit. Orders are shipped upon completion of payment. See my Shipping Policy section for more information regarding shipments.


I ship both domestically to all corners of the US as well as worldwide.

Please note that international shipments may have a fee incurred upon arrival in your country. I cannot pre calculate this. If you are purchasing outside of US please make sure you are aware of additional taxes you may have to pay for imported goods.

All shipments of in stock items happen within 1-2 business days. I do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

I ship via USPS 1st class mail which is 2-5 days for US orders. All my items are prepackaged in their own protective padded cardboard jewelry box and then placed in a padded mailing envelope. Larger orders may be shipped in a box depending on the size of the purchase.

Please allow extra time around the holidays since the Post Office does not guarantee delivery date and although I ship as soon as possible after an order is placed, I have no control of how the post office manages your package once I have shipped it.

If you need an item within a certain time frame, PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE you make your purchase. While I will always do my best to accommodate your requests, there are often issues that are out of my control.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I am dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you receive your item and are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item, and I will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to me. Once I have received the returned item I will refund you the full cost of the item. Unfortunately I cannot refund the cost of the shipping.

Any issues that occur following the 7 days after purchase will be addressed on a case by case basis.
